Seattle Reign FC is a prominent professional women's soccer team competing in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). POSITION SUMMARY
As Video Producer, you are an innovative creator through video and motion content, tasked with supporting the Reign FC brand across multiple platforms. This role focuses on producing, shooting, and editing to deliver compelling stories and engaging visual experiences. The Video Producer collaborates closely with various stakeholders to understand project goals, ensuring each production meets the clubs' creative vision and strategic objectives. This individual will play a key role in the execution of video projects, enhancing matchday, covering team events, and other club-related activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Video Production: Support club initiatives though conceptualization, shooting, and editing of video content for Seattle Sounders FC and Reign FC’s digital platforms, strategic partners, and broadcast channels.
- Match & Event Coverage: Attend training sessions and travel with the team for home and select away matches to capture match action, behind-the-scenes footage, and player interviews, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the team and athletes.
- Social Media Content Support: Develop adaptable video content for social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) that keeps pace with digital trends as well as engages and grows the fanbase.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with marketing, communications, sponsorship, fan experience, fan development, and social impact teams to align video content with organizational objectives and the overall content strategy.
- Content & Footage Organization: Upload videos through the club’s CMS, YouTube, and other file-sharing platforms. This includes logging, archiving, and organizing video footage to optimize management.
- Other duties as assigned in support of our organization and affiliated clubs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in video production and motion design from a fast-paced sports or entertainment organization
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Cloud suite, specifically Premiere, with proficiency in After Effects preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Sony cameras and production equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in creating video and motion graphics content for platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment and can effectively work across multiple departments and with multiple leaders.
- Quick learner who can learn and adapt to new organizational processes
- Consistently displays a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Innovative and creative thinker, who can contribute ideas and participate in cross-departmental efforts throughout the organization.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This hybrid role combines remote work with on-site responsibilities at our Headquarters & Training Facility in Renton, WA, at Reign training sessions at Starfire Sports, home matches at Lumen Field, and select away matches requiring travel.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must reside within Washington state upon date of hire.
- Must be able to facilitate own local travel.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Must be able to carry, load and unload all necessary video/camera equipment – 25 to 50 pounds

The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000. Base pay at time of offer will take into account job-related knowledge, skills and experience required for the role, internal equity and market.
