Seattle Reign FC is a prominent professional women's soccer team competing in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). Known for its dynamic play and passionate fan base, Reign FC has made a significant impact on the soccer landscape since its inception. POSITION SUMMARY

Seattle Reign FC is seeking to hire a part-time Lead Game Presentation Assistant for the 2025 NWSL season. This role is responsible for leading the execution of on-field game presentation elements and supporting coordination of other game presentation assistants for all Seattle Reign FC matches at Lumen Field. This is a seasonal role with a time commitment of 10-15 hours per match week and reports directly to the Manager of Game Presentation. See 2025 Season Schedule.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the on-field Game Presentation lead for all Seattle Reign FC home matches at Lumen Field in Seattle, WA.
  • Plan, rehearse, and execute all on-field game presentation elements, including performances, presentations, and live shots.
  • Coordinate and manage on-field volunteers and serve as the primary matchday contact for performance groups.
  • Collaborate with the full-time Game Presentation team to ensure seamless production and an exceptional fan experience.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in fan engagement and live sports entertainment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in team sports, promotions, or event/entertainment coordination.
  • Knowledge of soccer and sports “run of show” documents preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, project, and time management skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
  • Driven to continually improve and learn.
  • Strong attention to organization, detail and accuracy with strict timing cues.
  • Ability to think critically and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Must be able to work minimum of 11 matches.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • This is an in-person position working from Lumen Field in Seattle, WA.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to facilitate own local travel.
  • Must reside within Washington state upon date of hire.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Responsibilities include regular work outdoors and may require standing on feet for long periods of time, as well as some lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to busy athletic facility area, outside weather conditions and loud noise levels.
