Your Day-to-Day:

• Be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting the coordination of care for our amazing senior patients.
• Help patients and caregivers navigate the world of medical appointments, insurance, and more—making sure they feel heard and supported.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and phone communication with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
• Team up with multidisciplinary experts to deliver exceptional care that focuses on geriatric and palliative care populations.
• Keep everything organized, prioritized, and running smoothly in our fast-paced, remote environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Required:

  • Medical Assistant Diploma (Required).
  • Must live in California (remote work but must be California-based).
  • You’re a phone pro with stellar communication skills and great phone etiquette.
  • You speak medical Terminology fluently (we love clarity!).
  • Your prioritization skills are on point—you juggle tasks like a pro!
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving are your superpowers—you know how to think on your feet.

• Preferred:

  • Experience working remotely—you’re tech-savvy and self-motivated.
  • Background in care coordination or previous work with geriatric or palliative care patients.
  • You’ve worked in oncology, cardiology, or palliative clinics—bonus points if you’re familiar with this population!
