Alliances Manager
Role:
As a SentiLink Alliances Manager, you’ll be responsible for scaling our growing and high-impact alliances program, to deliver our best-in-class fraud prevention products to financial institutions across the US ecosystem. You will work with major strategic alliance partners in the US financial services ecosystem in a role that will wear many different strategic partnerships hats: account management, channel sales and pipeline management, solutions consulting, and partnership with marketing, sales, and product management teams at our strategic partners.
In this role, the first several months will be focused on leading the integration and successful activation of a major new SentiLink alliances partner.
This is a remote-friendly, US-based role.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver substantial ARR growth by capturing mind-share and achieving priority placement with our alliances partners, using a combination of marketing, channel sales, and ongoing account management
- Build deep relationships with multiple functions at our largest, most impactful platform partners
- Ensure that financial institutions accessing services through alliance partners have an excellent experience and achieve best-in-category return on investment
- Develop a channel sales strategy and process that best leverages the strengths of SentiLink and our alliances partners
- Facilitate default vendor status in SentiLink’s product categories with our alliance partners through accurate and compelling analysis of product performance
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience running an alliances or channel sales program in financial services
- 10+ years in the financial services ecosystem, with strong experience in solving problems in fraud, credit risk, or identity verification
- Grit and ability to handle ambiguity
- Enthusiasm to wear multiple hats
- Proven ability to build and analyze commercial models which incentivize win-win outcomes, and negotiate their implementation and deployment
- Proven sales, marketing and influencing skills with the ability to capture mind-share and articulate value to our partners
- Proven ability to partner with product management and engineering teams to design technical solutions to business problems
- (Desirable) Deep understanding of account opening and underwriting processes in financial services
- (Desirable) Experience working in a venture-backed startup environment
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States
Salary Range:
- OTE: $200,000 OTE/year - $275,000 OTE/year
