Pay: $70.00 – $90.00 per visit

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Improve patient independence in daily living and functional tasks
• Provide therapeutic exercises and adaptive equipment training
• Perform home and environmental assessments
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
• Professional liability insurance
