Overview of the job

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor management
• Review and process transfer payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Oversee daily accounting operations, maintaining proper documentation and internal controls
• Monitor and maintain records of fixed assets and depreciation schedules
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (VAT, WHT, CIT), adhering to Thai regulations
• Support cash flow management to ensure healthy financial positioning
• Assist with preparation and consolidation of financial statements across entities
• Provide financial analysis and insights to internal stakeholders for business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners including auditors and tax consultants

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance
• Hands-on experience with full-loop AP and payment processing
• Familiar with Thai tax regulations, BOI, and commercial law
• Preferably from an in-house or accounting firm background
• CPD license or related certifications are a strong plus
• Good command of English (both speaking and writing)
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with accounting systems and Excel
