Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers—handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Schedule service appointments while actively listening to customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns, offering friendly and knowledgeable support.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay informed about our HVAC and plumbing services to confidently assist clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance and quality service goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of call center experience (customer service, dispatch, or similar experience preferred).
  • Experience in the HVAC or plumbing industry is a plus.
  • Strong multitasking skills – Type 45+ WPM while talking and navigating systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills – You’re a natural problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!

Work Schedule:

Our business operates 12 hours a day, so flexibility is key!

  • Monday–Friday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    (40-hour work week)
