Product Marketing Manager
About the role
Behind many of life’s most important transactions — buying a house, applying for a mortgage, getting a small business loan, or refinancing a credit card — is a network of credit relationships. Setpoint provides critical infrastructure for relationships between the world’s largest banks, credit funds and capital markets counterparties. We’re building trust in this system of credit.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team!
This is an opportunity to have a big impact and partner with the founding team, product and sales leaders. You’ll be a driver of the go-to-market strategy at Setpoint.

What you'll do:
- Work with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive new business growth
- Equip the sales team with impactful messaging, content, collateral, decks, case studies, and market insights to support deal velocity
- Lead event and conference strategy to build pipeline and accelerate sales cycles
- Drive top-of-funnel growth through demand generation campaigns, gifting, targeted email outreach, advertising and social media campaigns
- Partner closely with product teams to tell compelling product success stories and support go-to-market launches for new features
- Shape Setpoint’s approach to reaching new audiences by defining our value proposition and competitive positioning
You should have:
- 4-6 years of experience in product marketing or consulting
- Proven experience working with enterprise sales teams, ideally in a startup environment
- Financial services experience is a plus
- A “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude, with a drive to get things done across multiple marketing disciplines
- A self-starter who’s passionate about the success of the team and takes initiative
- Ability to travel monthly for meetings, events, and client entertainment
- Bachelor’s degree

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 OTE dependent on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications.
