About the Role

We're looking for our first Legal Operations Specialist to own Sharebite's contracting engine across the entire org. In this role, you'll be responsible for enhancing commercial agreement workflows, refining our Contract Lifecycle Management (“CLM”) platform, and supporting vendor management and compliance processes that enable our Growth, Operations, and Compliance teams while building out the legal operations function alongside the Head of Legal as we scale and move into new markets.

What You’ll Do 

• Operate and improve existing intake, triage, SLA management, and reporting across all routine contracting workflows.
• Administer our CLM platform, template library, clause playbooks, approval matrices, metadata models, repository hygiene, and versioning
• Improve workflows for high-volume agreements (NDAs, DPAs, order forms) with AI-assisted clause detection, summarization, and guardrails using a cutting-edge in-house legal tech stack
• Manage integrations (with external support where needed) of our CLM with e-signature platforms and procurement systems; automate routing, approvals, and data sync
• Partner with Growth and Account Management teams on deal desk policies, order form standards, and revenue-impacting terms; align with Finance on billing terms and PO/contract hygiene
• Orchestrate vendor intake using our third-party risk management (TPRM) platform, including our vendor intake process, criticality/risk tiering, and routing to Security/Privacy/Finance for diligence reviews
• Manage diligence workflows: SIG questionnaires, SOC 2 attestations, and DPAs
• Continuously look for ways to improve contracting and vendor workflows for speed and scalability, leaning heavily into leading-edge AI solutions balanced with steadfast controls
• Bring high energy, initiative, and an ownership mindset to your daily work

Required Skills & Experience 

• 2–5 years of experience in  legal operations, contract management, or related fields 
• Proven track record with CLM or related systems implementation and/or administration, including meta-data tagging and experience with integrations
• Experience with commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs) and vendor diligence processes
• Proven aptitude utilizing AI/LLMs
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to your audience
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with CRMs and e-signature tools
• Knowledge of vendor risk management tools and processes
• Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA compliance workflows and data processing agreements

At Sharebite, we are committed to providing competitive pay in line with industry and market standards. The base compensation range for this role is $85k - $105k per year, however actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and location. Salary is just one component of Sharebite's total compensation package, which includes equity, multiple health insurance options, and a wide range of benefits, including a daily meal stipend.
