Our Purpose
Our purpose is to positively impact people's lives every day in every home around the world! We work very hard to provide our consumers with high-quality, exciting 5-star products that make life easier. We thrive on passion and innovation and are looking for great people, with great ideas, who want to build the next big thing and develop while they do.

About the Role
The Marketing Manager will serve as a true business owner and category expert — consumer-obsessed, analytically sharp, and globally minded. Driving strategy from conceptualization through launch and beyond, this role sits at the intersection of product, brand, and commercial execution. The right candidate synthesizes insights into action, leads cross-functional teams with confidence, and is equally at home shaping a product roadmap as they are running a global launch.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Category Leadership Own the category — pricing, positioning, competitive landscape, portfolio architecture, and roadmap — translating consumer and market insights into strategies that drive rate of sale. Develop breakthrough claims, pricing strategies, and brand positioning that increase marketability and maximize sales. Serve as the cross-functional quarterback, aligning global teams and tracking performance with a full P&L mindset.
  • Consumer & Competitive Intelligence Champion the consumer in every decision. Partner with Consumer Insights to validate messaging, drive rigorous CI testing, and ensure claims are defensible and compelling across global markets.
  • Commercial & Retail Readiness Drive end-to-end readiness across packaging, detail pages, and retail surfaces. Arm the sales team with the tools, stories, and sell-in materials needed to win at shelf globally — in partnership with Sales and Trade Marketing.
  • Go-to-Market Execution Lead global launch programs from brief to market, coordinating across IMC, creative, media, social, PR, SEM, CRM, and retail. Develop worldwide messaging and assets across packaging, digital, in-store, and advertising — ensuring brand consistency from hero content through performance channels.
  • What You Bring Deep category expertise and a consumer-first mindset. Equal strength in upstream strategy and downstream execution, with the agility to move between both. Broad marketing experience spanning brand strategy, product commercialization, packaging, retail, DTC, and global go-to-market. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills across complex cross-functional organizations. A track record of turning insights into winning products and campaigns — and a drive to keep raising the bar.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in CPG or consumer products
  • Experience owning roadmap, pricing, portfolio strategy, and retail readiness
  • Proven track record in product commercialization and global launch execution
  • Strong creative strategy, claims development, and consumer insights experience
  • Degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
  • Local to Needham MA HQ, we are on site 3x a week (No relocation support)
