- Provide on-set creative support, including guidance on styling, posing, lighting, and composition to maintain brand consistency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with styling, brand, and post-production teams to ensure image quality and storytelling meet ecommerce standards
- Review selects and provide creative input to maintain visual cohesion across all deliverables
- Support the implementation of efficient studio workflows, file management, and post-shoot organization
- Help monitor and manage shoot budgets, contracts, vendor coordination, and resourcing as needed
- Stay informed on fashion, photography, and digital content trends to inform studio creative direction
- Manage the upload of imagery assets for each shoot
- Ability to effectively manage and clearly communicate overall project timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs to all stakeholders
- Act as main point of contact between internal and external partners alike – on and off set
- Maintain organized records of shoot-related finances and project timelines
- Manage day-to-day critical issues and troubleshooting

- Experience with Capture One strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced studio environment
