Position Summary
SHEGLAM is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Senior Marketing Manager to join its thriving Beauty team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in marketing management experience with in-house beauty, agency, and/or media background in the beauty space. The Senior Marketing Manager will manage the overall brand strategy, pitching, arranging interviews, launches, on-going product placement, brand profiles, along with managing a team. This candidate will have superior knowledge of the evolving beauty industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Leading cross-channel and cross functional marketing initiatives and campaigns for the SHEGLAM brand.
- Integrating campaign planning, managing budgets, and allocating resources for the SHEGLAM brand in the US.
- Implementing the marketing strategy and optimizing processes for project- management.
- Managing the entire SHEGLAM marketing team and all its sub-functions such as PR, Influencer Marketing, Graphic Design and Copywriting teams.
- Collaborating with internal functions and third-party agencies to deliver high-quality content, set KPIs, and analyze campaign performance.
- Monitoring budgets and facilitating communication between departments as needed.
- Developing schedules, leading meetings, and streamlining workflows across channels and teams.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/project management experience, preferably with a well-known FMCG/retail/e-commerce/ beauty experience
- Result-driven, self-motivated, strong ownership
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in environments that require influencing cross-functional teams (often with different goals or incentives)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Pay Range
$120,000 - $160,000 USD
