Role Description: 

The Senior Revenue Operations Specialist will be a key member of our Revenue Operations team and will configure technical solutions for ShipBob’s internal stakeholders. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the tools in our sales and marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, 6Sense, and HubSpot, as well as assisting with scoping and documentation-related activities. The Senior Revenue Operations Specialist adds value by providing front-line support to our users, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing workflows that drive sales and revenue efficiency. This role reports to the Manager, Revenue Operations.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide front-line support, including managing user access to Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, 6Sense, and HubSpot, as well as efficiently resolving internal user tickets related to these tools.
  • Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Outreach sequences, Gong call analytics, and 6Sense intent data integrations to improve sales efficiency.
  • Perform data analysis, including pipeline analytics, usage tracking, and engagement trends, leveraging Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and 6Sense to provide actionable insights for sales teams.
  • Manage and optimize the HubSpot-Salesforce integration, ensuring accurate lead flow, field mappings, and data synchronization to support marketing and sales alignment.
  • Participate in technical design sessions to develop scalable solutions aligned with business objectives across our revenue tech stack.
  • Support solution implementation, automation, and reporting within Salesforce and other integrated tools, ensuring data integrity and usability.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable processes that allow users to effectively leverage Outreach, Gong, 6Sense, and HubSpot for prospecting, deal management, and reporting.
  • Create and maintain documentation of business processes, including sales enablement workflows, system configurations, and integration best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve sync errors, permissions issues, and configuration conflicts across Salesforce and integrated tools.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience and train users on best practices within Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, 6Sense, and HubSpot.
  • Tech-Savvy: Direct experience configuring and managing Outreach, Gong, 6Sense, and HubSpot-Salesforce integrations. Proficiency with Salesforce and the ability to build reports, automate workflows, and optimize tool functionality.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze usage data and engagement metrics within Outreach, Gong, and 6Sense to drive insights that improve sales effectiveness.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a Revenue Operations team, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Adaptability: Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to quickly troubleshoot and optimize sales tools based on business needs.
  • Preferred 4+ years of experience in revenue operations or a similar role.
  • Strong background in integrating and managing Outreach, Gong, 6Sense, and HubSpot within Salesforce.
  • Experience collaborating cross-departmentally to implement and optimize sales technology solutions.
