About the role...
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Client Strategy to join our Brand Success team, where you will help manage and optimize our portfolio of brands on the platform. The retention of our brands is at the forefront of ShopMy's focus, and will play a crucial role in our growth, scale and success. The role enables our Client Strategy Managers to further elevate our brands' experience and success on the platform.
Responsibilities...
- Assist Client Strategy Managers in the day-to-day management of brand accounts, ensuring timely and accurate execution of deliverables.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Hubspot).
- Attend external meetings with our brands to track and execute needs and associated action items.
- Lean into difficult client escalations, potentially pulling data or case studies to problem solve.
- Ad-hoc projects across the organization.
- Collaborate with other Associates / Senior Associates to ensure streamlined efficiency amongst the Brand Success department.
- Become a ShopMy Product expert quickly, and be prepared to take on clients of your own within ~6 months of joining the team.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years in account management or other client facing roles
- Expert in Google Suites, Zoom & Microsoft Office
- High level of organization with an eye for detail
- History of executing under strict deadlines with high level of urgency
- Team player with the ability to step up wherever needed
Additional skills and attributes we’re hoping to find…
- Remote startup experience
- Experience as Account Coordinator, Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with Hubspot
- Knowledge of the creator economy and luxury fashion/beauty industries

New York Pay Range
$70,000 - $100,000 USD
