Early Careers Recruiter
Sigma Computing is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an Early Careers Recruiter to help us expand! As Sigma’s first Early Careers Recruiter, you will be responsible for creating and managing an end-to-end early careers hiring program. This includes hiring recent graduates for full-time roles or temp-to-hire positions and overseeing the entire program lifecycle. We are looking for a dynamic individual to attract top early career talent by leveraging relationships with universities and establishing Sigma's brand presence on campuses. We are data-driven and expect you to be too! As the Early Careers Recruiter, you will define success metrics, measure program effectiveness, and provide insights to inform future strategies.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and oversee all early careers recruiting efforts for Sigma Computing, including full-time and temp-to-hire opportunities.

Partner with leadership and stakeholders to attract and retain top talent through campus recruiting initiatives.

Build and manage a world-class early careers recruiting program, ensuring a differentiated approach in a highly technical, fast-paced environment.

Develop and execute a comprehensive early careers recruiting strategy, including sourcing, outreach, and program management.

Serve as a brand ambassador for Sigma, attending university events, career fairs, and conferences to build brand awareness.

Conduct mid-term evaluations in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership to ensure program success.

Design and implement a diversity and inclusion strategy for early careers hiring.

Establish and maintain relationships with target universities, faculty, career centers, and student organizations.

Plan and execute strategic events to enhance Sigma’s presence at campus recruiting events.

Manage the early career hires and co-op experience, including onboarding, engagement activities, check-ins, and full-time conversion.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of the program.

Manage budget allocation and ensure that recruiting initiatives remain within budget.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Experience in early career recruiting, preferably within the engineering or technology industry.

A data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze metrics and optimize recruitment strategies.

Excellent relationship-building skills to partner effectively with universities, hiring managers, and company leadership.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.

Passion for building strong early talent pipelines and driving successful hiring programs.
Additional Job details:
The base salary for this position is $110k - $125k annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for a variable pay (based on goal achievement), stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
