We’re hiring a Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor / Chaplain – a compassionate and empathetic professional who will provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families during their hospice journey.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide spiritual counseling and crisis intervention to hospice patients and families
- Conduct regular and emergency visits to meet spiritual and emotional needs
- Build supportive relationships with patients and families to identify and address spiritual concerns
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
- Interpret and respond to patient and family needs with sensitivity and respect
- Maintain accurate documentation of spiritual care services provided
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in divinity, Theology, or related field required
- Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in environments with pets

Anticipated pay range
$79,000 - $83,200 USD
