THE OPPORTUNITY
Silvus is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Events and Marketing Coordinator to support the expanding international sales and marketing initiatives. The successful individual will play a key role in coordinating Silvus’ international trade show presence, support regional resellers and partners, and localize marketing content to drive brand awareness and sales growth in key markets across LATAM, EMEA, APAC, and beyond.
Working closely with the Marketing and International Sales teams, this role will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that increase awareness, understanding, and demand for StreamCaster MANET radios across strategic territories, business sectors, and reseller channels.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in planning and executing multiple in-person events throughout the year. With the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, this role will leverage strong organizational and project management skills to ensure effective execution and delivery – on time and on-budget.
This position reports to the Director of Marketing and is full-time, on-site, daily, Monday through Friday. The location for this role is at Silvus’ shipping center in Copenhagen, Denmark.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary contact for international marketing initiatives listed below, while also working closely with the Director of Marketing to drive local execution and coordination.
- Coordinate international industry trade shows, partner and customer events, including booth logistics, shipping, setup and teardown in collaboration with the international sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event and region-specific booth graphics and event messaging.
- Manage event-related materials such as displays, signage, branded giveaways and product demonstration assets.
- Develop post-show analysis, shipment tracking and expense analysis to ensure budget and ROI optimization.
- Lead the localization of marketing collateral (datasheets, case studies, digital ads, etc.) for international markets, ensuring brand consistency and cultural relevance.
- Coordinate translation vendors and review localized content for accuracy with input from the International Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams.
- Provide marketing toolkits and creative assets for regional resellers, partners and Silvus field teams.
- Work closely with the International Sales and Marketing teams to align international marketing priorities.
- Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns to drive product demand in key territories, and support reseller growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and marketing metrics performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with trade show/event marketing or a related role.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in developing, coordinating and managing trade shows, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of industry-standard graphics programs and formats, including Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and others.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and experience using collaborative project management tools such as Confluence and Monday.com.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance, showing strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in managing projects.
- Occasional travel, up to 1 week per month.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Entrepreneurial self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive projects from ideation to successful completion.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail, and a bias for action to set and meet project deadlines.
- Interest in identifying and leveraging emerging marketing trends to support business growth.
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand for long periods, especially at trade shows.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Working in outdoor environments for customer demonstrations or events.
COMPENSATION
The pay range is NOT a guarantee. It is based on market research and peer data, and will vary depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
CA Pay Range
$33.65 - $38.86 USD
