The Role: 

As a Midweight Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing creative ideas to life, working across a variety of projects in branding, digital, and print. You’ll collaborate closely with senior team members to deliver impactful designs that align with objectives and brand strategies. This role combines hands-on design execution with opportunities to contribute to conceptual thinking, ensuring all work meets high creative and technical standards. 

You’ll take ownership of smaller projects while supporting larger campaigns, balancing independent work with team collaboration. With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive attitude, you’ll help ensure the seamless delivery of visually compelling and strategically sound designs. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Liaise with the US and keep aligned to creative developments and how they transition for UK market
  • Manage the creative development of all UK briefs. This will include, but not limited to: 
    • Email designs 
    • Meta ads and creative for other performance channels 
    • Direct mail 
    • E-comm 
    • Retail partner assets 
    • Partnership assets 
    • Exhibition design development 
    • Internal artwork 
  • Support the brand team on the development of above the line creative (i.e. TV ad) 
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends in the design and creative space, to share with the wider team 
  • Create high-quality designs for various mediums (digital, print, packaging, branding, etc.) based on project briefs. 
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and refine ideas for campaigns or projects. 
  • Produce design assets for social media, marketing materials, email campaigns, and websites. 
  • Experience in video editing is desirable but not essential 
  • Experience in creative testing across digital channels is desirable but not essential 
  • Manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. 
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to projects. 

What you’ll need: 

  • 2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency, in-house team, or freelance role. 
  • Experience in using software such as Photoshop, Canva and Figma. As well as video platforms such a Frame.io, but not essential. 
  • You’re a problem solver and enjoy finding fresh, new and innovative ways of looking at delivering creative 
  • You’re a creative thinker and doer. 
  • Eye for the details.
  • You can present ideas & concepts in an articulate and engaging manner 
  • The ability to translate briefs into compelling visual ideas that align with organisational goals. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting ideas to clients.
  • A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and senior designers.
