We are looking for a talented and experienced Sr. Supply Planning Analyst I to join the Global Logistics Team. You will work in a dynamic operation’s centric environment, interfacing regularly with global cross-functional teams and external suppliers, to support an efficient, strategically focused, Operations organization. The Supply Planning Analyst I will bring a high level of energy and proven experience to a fast moving, performance-oriented organization. They will need to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, experience levels, and technical backgrounds.

This position will be responsible for the Supply Planning processes for specific product lines and will work collaboratively with other departments and functions to support the company's SIOP process.   They will collaborate with the Supply Planning team to establish SKU level safety stock targets, using forecast accuracy and lead time constraints to manage the target and deliver customer inventory needs.  This position will support Supply KPI’s for the team, ensuring the proper KPI’s are represented in the appropriate SIOP meetings. 

What You'll Do:

  • Develop & Optimize Supply Strategies – Utilize strategic thinking to create supply strategies and plans that drive value, optimize costs, and meet business requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Sourcing, Sales, Product Management, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to enhance supply chain efficiency throughout the product life cycle.
  • Inventory & Stock Management – Monitor stocking positions using historical usage and future forecasts; adjust lot sizes and order points to maintain optimal inventory levels across global warehouses.
  • Supply Chain Performance Monitoring – Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule adherence, delivery performance, inventory turns, etc.
  • Excess & Obsolete Material Management – Continuously assess excess and obsolete materials, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Supplier & Manufacturing Partner Alignment – Work closely with contract manufacturers and external partners to improve cost, quality, lead time, and supply flexibility while mitigating risks.
  • Reporting & Reviews – Support the SIOP process and other high-level business reviews, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • ERP & Analytical Tools – Utilize ERP systems and advanced analytics to drive data-backed decision-making and enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Risk Mitigation & Contingency Planning – Identify potential supply disruptions and develop proactive contingency plans to ensure business continuity.

What You'll Bring:

  • Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; 3+ years in supply planning, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in consumer products. Equivalent experience will be considered; ASCM certifications (APICS, CPIM, CSCP) are a plus.
  • Manufacturing & Supply Planning – Experience with outsourced manufacturing, inventory balancing, and materials management.
  • Technical Skills – Proficient in MSOffice and Google Workspace, strong Excel skills, ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred), and planning tools; Tableau a plus.
  • Data & Analytics – Ability to synthesize multiple data sources into accurate, actionable insights.
  • Communication & Collaboration – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strategic & Detail-Oriented – Proactive, independent, and able to manage complex processes with interdependencies.
  • Global Trade Awareness – Knowledge of geopolitical and trade influences, particularly in Asia.
  • Location & Travel – Based in Boston, MA, with up to 15% travel.
