You’ll build scalable systems, guide proposal teams, and make sure everything we submit meets FAR/DFAR and CPSR standards.
This is a hands-on, fast-moving role for someone who thrives at the intersection of compliance, contracts, and business strategy. This role is ideal for a contracts professional who is confident in FAR/DFAR compliance, CPSR readiness, and proposal support, and who can also flex into traditional contracts and subcontracts administration as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You’ll lead SIXGEN’s pre-award compliance efforts and help mature our contract systems and processes. That means:
- Reviewing proposal packages for full compliance with solicitation requirements (Sections L & M)
- Drafting and managing NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontractor RFP packages
- Preparing and maintaining reps & certs, OCI mitigation plans, and other compliance deliverables
- Partnering with FP&A to ensure cost volumes meet compliance standards
- Supporting CPSR and DCAA audit readiness, ensuring documentation and systems meet federal expectations
- Managing clause matrices, templates, and SOPs to keep compliance consistent and audit-ready
- Maintaining contracts systems and workflows in Unanet (CMS), including file structures and approvals
- Driving process improvements to streamline contract turnaround and strengthen compliance
- Providing training and guidance to teammates on compliance standards, best practices, and templates
- Assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and processing of subcontracts, modifications, and NDAs
- Tracking contract funding, deliverables, and compliance requirements across a portfolio of contracts
- Supporting subcontractor coordination and document management
You’ll work closely with business development, finance, and operations to ensure every pursuit is both compliant and competitive.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- 5–7 years of experience in federal contracts or compliance, with direct exposure to pre-award proposal support and CPSR/DCAA readiness
- Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFAR and government contracting compliance standards
- Experience supporting proposal compliance in federal contracting environments
- Familiarity with Unanet, Deltek, or other contract lifecycle management tools
- NCMA certifications (CPCM, CFCM) preferred
- Proven to be detail-oriented, proactive, and strategic, someone who can balance compliance rigor with business growth.
