Director of Growth Marketing (Hybrid)

Skedda is a leading global booking management platform dedicated to streamlining venue and space reservations and scheduling. AllBooked by Skedda is our business unit focused on community-oriented spaces. Our customers include athletic facilities, studios, creative spaces, event venues, community centers, and coworking spaces. We’re experiencing significant growth in our AllBooked segment, making it an exciting time to join the AllBooked team.

Role overview

We’re looking for a strong Growth Marketer to own demand generation for our AllBooked business unit. This person will drive a wide range of initiatives aimed at accelerating growth, including digital advertising, SEO investments, website A/B tests, and additional initiatives that this person will help identify. Reporting directly to the VP and GM of AllBooked, this role is a unique opportunity to fully own the growth function for a business unit. If you love early-stage startup environments, running lots of experiments, having a measurable impact, and getting things done fast, this could be the perfect role for you.

Day to day responsibilities

  • Run and optimize digital ad campaigns, including paid search and display ads
  • Improve AllBooked’s SEO
  • Manage AllBooked’s review website presence
  • Set up A/B tests on AllBooked.com to improve website to trial conversion
  • Set up A/B tests in our new trial onboarding to improve trial to paid conversion
  • Run additional creative growth experiments (online and offline)
  • Own AllBooked’s marketing measurement infrastructure, with support from RevOps
  • Analyze every part of our marketing funnel to identify opportunities to accelerate growth
  • Run customer surveys and complete data analysis aimed at improving customer retention

Skills & Experience

  • You’ve worked in an early stage tech startup environment (<100 employees)
  • You have extensive experience owning digital ad campaigns, improving SEO, and running A/B tests
  • You have extensive experience with multiple parts of a typical marketing tech stack (tools we use include Hubspot, Heap, Semrush, and VWO)
  • You have extensive experience building and optimizing marketing funnels
  • You have a solid statistical skillset
  • You have 8-10 years of relevant work experience
