About The Role
As the CRM & Sales Ops Specialist at SKUTOPIA, you will be responsible for managing the SKUTOPIA HubSpot CRM database across 2 company verticals, the CMS across 2 verticals (webflow & wordpress) and supporting the sales team with sales enablement requirement. This role is a conduit between sales & marketing supporting the growth of SKUTOPIA.
This role is integral to the company's growth and will provide you with ample opportunities to be involved in diverse projects and initiatives. The fast-growing nature of SKUTOPIA offers room for professional growth and development.
In this role, you will..
CRM:
- Manage the implementation and configuration of HubSpot CRM for multiple verticals (Marketing & Sales)
- Serve as the primary contact for HubSpot CRM reporting requests, including revenue and KPI reporting for Sales and Marketing Operations
- Act as the HubSpot CRM database administrator, improving workflows, building sequences, custom fields, and data flow management processes
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, contact lists, notifications, and routine tasks to support the Sales team
- Ensure data quality and integrity through data migration, cleansing, and ongoing monitoring in HubSpot
- Oversee user access and permissions within HubSpot, working with team leaders to define roles and access levels
- Use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks in the sales process and drive process improvements
CMS:
- Own the CMS for two marketing sites, supporting site builds, optimisations, and ongoing maintenance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices and improve website performance with support from agencies
- Manage the creation and updating of website pages, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
- Monitor and report on website traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics, providing actionable insights to marketing teams
- Work with internal stakeholders to enhance user experience and ensure timely publication of content and assist with content creation
- Support A/B testing and other experimentation initiatives to improve site performance and conversion rates
Sales Operations:

- Support sales teams in lead generation and appointment booking
- Support the sales team in creating appropriate research, collateral and documentation to support the sales process
- Support the marketing team in creating appropriate collateral and documentation to support the sales process
- Communicate team news, sales wins, and updates
- Collaborate with the technology team to implement new tools or platforms, as needed
- Provide training, upskilling, and mentorship to new and current employees in the CRM
In this role we think you will need..
- Expertise in HubSpot CRM, with experience in database management and sales process automation
- Experience with CMS’ particuarly webflow & wordpress
- Marketing experience 3+ years
- Sales Ops experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and identifying trends
