Skylo’s direct-to-device service is now live on millions of activated devices across five continents, with more than 60 million square kilometers of coverage, in partnership with multiple satellite operators, mobile network operators (MNOs), Tier-1 chipset makers, and OEMs. Devices connected over satellite are managed and served by Skylo's commercial NTN vRAN, featuring a 3GPP standards-based cloud-native base station and core. Skylo provides anywhere, anytime connectivity solution that seamlessly roams between terrestrial and satellite networks. Our focus is on enabling connected services for people outdoors and connected workflows across three main verticals: mass-market consumer devices, automotive, and industrial IoT.
This role is based in our Mountain View, CA office and requires being onsite 3 days per week
Summary Of How You Will Impact Skylo
Skylo is seeking a Director, Strategic Accounts, to work with large, strategic customer partners. This role will be responsible for managing these customers and serve as the primary point of contact for these customers internally and externally with an executive presence. This person will be detail oriented, and responsible for providing internal and external visibility for all aspects of the program. This person will serve as the lead for all key aspects of the customer and customer programs. This person will proactively anticipate the needs of the partner and Skylo, and will work closely with all parties to ensure successful collaborations. This is a highly cross functional role spanning sales, engineering, operations, marketing, legal and other groups within the organization. This role combines both strategic leadership and tactical execution, ensuring that day-to-day activities are carried out effectively. This role has executive level attention within the organization and will be responsible for ensuring our customer success.

How You Will Contribute
- Own the customer relationship and ensure customer success
- Document and manage key deliverables, timelines, and resources needed to ensure program success
- Create necessary dashboards and reporting tools
- Run executive quarterly business reviews, highlighting and promoting continuous process improvements between organizations
- Act as an effective point of communication and escalation for customer partner issues, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve challenges.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key external stakeholders, serving as their advocate within Skylo
What We Look For
- 10+ years of experience in large & complex customer account management
- Proven success building and maintaining relationships at senior management/executive levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to confidently represent your point of view to senior leadership and influence cross-functional teams
- Customer advocate and the ability to hold the customer accountable when needed
- Experienced in program management tools and technologies (e.g., JIRA, CRM systems).
- Ability to present and convey thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely
- Build and run executive level slide presentations and meetings
- Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities.

Additional information
The compensation range for this position is: $200,000 - $219,130 This range reflects the low and high end of the range Skylo reasonably and generally expects to pay the hired candidate in this role.
