Skylo’s direct-to-device service is now live on millions of activated devices across five continents, with more than 60 million square kilometers of coverage, in partnership with multiple satellite operators, mobile network operators (MNOs), Tier-1 chipset makers, and OEMs. Devices connected over satellite are managed and served by Skylo's commercial NTN vRAN, featuring a 3GPP standards-based cloud-native base station and core. Skylo provides anywhere, anytime connectivity solution that seamlessly roams between terrestrial and satellite networks. Our focus is on enabling connected services for people outdoors and connected workflows across three main verticals: mass-market consumer devices, automotive, and industrial IoT.
This role is located Mountain View, CA where we are onsite 3 days a week in office.
Summary Of How You Will Impact Skylo
Skylo is hiring a Senior Manager, Partner Marketing to help fulfill Skylo’s mission of making satellite connectivity available to all. This individual will serve as the link between Skylo’s brand strategy and Sales, Business Development, and Partner execution, driving sales and partner enablement by making Skylo the easiest brand for our ecosystem to adopt, market, and sell, while acting as the voice of the partner to ensure marketing supports the needs of our sales and BD teams as they close and manage partners across the ecosystem.
How You Will Contribute
- Pitch & Launch Toolkits: Own the enablement materials for the full partner lifecycle: "Pitch Kits" that help sales and BD sell the Skylo value proposition, and "Launch Kits" that show partners and customers everything they need to market Skylo to their end-users post-deal. Includes case studies and how Skylo helps the overall end users leverage the Skylo solution.
- Partner Training: Create and own customer training materials. Ensure the proper customer onboarding by providing collateral and guidelines for proper representation of the Skylo Services.
- Partner Announcements & Approvals: Own the end-to-end execution of new partner announcements and device certification announcements, managing the relationship and the sign-off process, partnering with the integrated marketer to ensure news is updated, shared and amplified in the Skylo voice.
- Partner Co-marketing: Partner with the Integrated Marketer on joint marketing at events, including co-marketing in partner booths, managing joint PR opportunities, and coordinating shared ecosystem moments.
- Vertical Industry GTM: Develop bespoke GTM playbooks that create shared wins and unlock revenue through vertical-specific campaigns (e.g., Automotive, Agriculture, Maritime, etc.) for either direct or indirect engagements.
What We Look For
- Experience: 6-8 years experience in partner marketing or sales enablement, ideally within a B2B2C or "ingredient brand" environment
- The "Ground Force" Mindset: A revenue-first builder who thrives on supporting high-performing sales teams and navigating complex global Carrier and OEM ecosystems
- Enablement Architect: Proven ability to translate technical features into compelling value propositions
- Synthesize Information: Ability to take complex concepts and information and be able to convey into simple, easy to understand content across for use by customer sales teams

Additional information
The compensation range for this position is: $164,000 - $174,250. This range reflects the low and high end of the range Skylo reasonably and generally expects to pay the hired candidate in this role.
