Sales Coordinator

SALES COORDINATOR - EL SEGUNDO, CA
As the Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting both sales execution and strategic growth initiatives. You’ll help manage customer accounts, coordinate investor engagements, and provide operational support to our BD and sales teams. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to customers, partners, and the investment community.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support business development and sales leads with pipeline tracking, outreach coordination, and meeting prep
- Manage CRM updates, reporting, and data hygiene
- Draft and coordinate proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Help schedule and support customer demos, briefings, and site visits
- Assist with logistics and materials for investor meetings and trade shows
- Track follow-ups and action items from key external meetings
- Serve as a point of contact for customer and investor communication logistics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and marketing to support business needs
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and external touchpoints
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, business development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of market trends, lead generation, and sales processes.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with sales forecasting, performance metrics, and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Aviation/aerospace and/or defense industry experience
- Experience as a pilot
- Proven track record in generating new business and growing sales
