Senior Product Marketing Manager II - Generative AI (Remote Eligible)

Our product marketing team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help customers tap into the power of AI and accomplish more by helping organizations adopt  our AI powered tools.

You’ll develop messaging and programs to help customers understand our AI  capabilities and how customers can  use them to get more  value from the Smartsheet platform. This involves showing customers the benefits of new capabilities and suggesting use cases they can solve with Smartsheet. You’ll also conduct research and use customer insights to help shape and influence our product roadmap and create compelling thought leadership and educational resources. 

You will report to our Director, Product Marketing located in our Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer.

You will:

  • Become expert in product use cases and target personas
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally by engaging in product discussions and translating customer usage and feedback into actionable insights and feature ideas
  • Contribute to building overall strategy for infusing generative AI across the platform 
  • Partner with customer success, support, product, product led growth, education and other teams to drive adoption and realize value
  • Identify which features and high value customer actions are the most relevant and impactful indicators for sustained engagement and retention
  • Have a data driven mindset. Report on metrics and customer feedback to assess the health of onboarding and identify new initiatives and product opportunities
  • Develop content and enablement resources, including training materials, pitch decks and whitepapers
  • Help support partnerships with AI vendors

You have:

  • 8+ years of marketing or product marketing experience.
  • Experience with messaging and value proposition development 
  • Experience working closely with engineering and product management teams
  • Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks, projects and deliverables in a high-growth environment. 
  • Experience managing campaign execution including strategy, planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Strong collaborative and cross functional skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders to drive results.
  • A user-centric mindset and a history of building trust and brand loyalty among users.
  • Ability to work in the US on an ongoing basis

Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity and some roles may be eligible for a RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. 

US Pay Range

$135,000 - $180,000 USD
