What We Are Looking For
This role supports the planning and execution of marketing, events, communication, and regional initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales through a 360° approach.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Brand Strategy
- Localize and execute 360° global marketing strategies for the North American market in close partnership with the Global team.
- Manage seasonal marketing and retailer co-op budgets, ensuring all activations are strategically planned to maximize ROI.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners through strategic co-op marketing, including mall campaigns, co-branded emails, activations, and pop-ups.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to execute paid social campaigns that drive awareness and deliver strong ROAS, CTR, and ROI.
- Oversee copywriting and storytelling for all NA DTC email communications and collateral.
- Partner with CRM to build strategic email marketing calendars around product launches, local initiatives, and key categories.
- Monitor social media and campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recaps.
- Stay aligned with seasonal retail KPIs and business trends to recommend timely and relevant marketing activations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels by working closely with Digital, VM, Merchandising, and Retail teams.
- Partner with AP, Accounting, and vendors to maintain accurate budget tracking and ensure timely payments.
- Manage and mentor Marketing Assistant.
Marketing Execution
- Formulate and implement 360° marketing campaigns i.e. social, in-store activations, events, and clienteling support.
- Propose top-funnel brand awareness initiatives that align with market needs and business objectives, grounded in a strong understanding of the target audience, regional dynamics, and seasonal priorities.
- Manage the seasonal event strategy, identifying priority doors and tailoring activations to specific markets.
- Serve as a key liaison between the North America and Paris HQ teams (Marketing, Image, Ecom, VM) to develop brand-right materials for major initiatives.
- Help lead promotional messaging and positioning to reflect SANDRO’s brand identity.
- Create and distribute post-event recaps and performance reports for executive leadership and Global teams.
Principal Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries with exposure to PR
- Proven ability to manage 360° marketing campaigns, media relations, and event strategy
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, OR, traffic, engagement, etc.)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect communications plans to business goals
- Experience working in cross-functional environments and with international teams
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills

Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid position—must be in the office at least 3 days per week
