Senior Product Manager

SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is currently looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who will lead SOCi’s Shield solution strategy and drive innovation across the Financial Services Industry (FSI). SOCi Shield is a critical solution designed to help highly regulated, multi-location businesses maintain brand compliance while enabling local agility across digital channels.

In this role, the Senior Product Manager will shape the product roadmap and execution strategy that ensures SOCi Shield and other related products meet the complex compliance, governance, and brand management needs of banks, insurance providers, credit unions, and other financial services institutions. The Senior Product Manager will be instrumental in expanding SOCi’s impact in regulated industries and scaling our compliance-forward marketing technology within SOCi Shield and related products.

SOCi expects to pay a base salary in the range of $138,000 to $169,000 CAD. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and own the product strategy for SOCi Shield, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and the marketing needs of FSI customers.
  • Define differentiated capabilities that enable scalable brand protection, marketing governance, and compliance automation across distributed teams.
  • Collaborate with and guide Product Managers across the organization to ensure the focus and delivery of the FSI roadmap 
  • Engage deeply with FSI stakeholders including marketing executives, compliance officers, and franchise operators to understand their pain points and workflows.
  • Leverage interviews, usage analytics, and industry research to define innovative, compliant-first solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end product development, from market validation and roadmap definition to feature launch and post-release iteration.
  • Translate regulatory and brand requirements into intuitive product experiences with SOCi Shield.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal to drive adoption and education of Shield and other features within the FSI vertical.
  • Align product releases with go-to-market initiatives tailored to financial services.
  • Define success metrics for Shield-related features and continuously optimize the product based on KPIs, user behavior, and feedback
  • Write detailed product specs, manage and prioritize backlogs, and work closely with design and engineering teams in agile sprints.
  • Monitor evolving financial industry regulations, compliance standards, and marketing technologies to maintain SOCi’s competitive edge.

What You’ll Need to be Successful

  • Hybrid Opportunity: This role is fully remote until either our Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON office is established. Once the office is in place, it will transition to a hybrid model, with a 50/50 split between remote and in-office work.

  • Must Have:  
    • 5+ years of experience in Product Management within SaaS, B2B, or MarTech companies, with experience in regulated industries.
    • Experience or working knowledge in the Financial Services Industry. 
    • Deep knowledge of compliance workflows, marketing governance, or content oversight in a multi-location environment.
    • Proven success in launching and scaling compliance-forward SaaS products or governance solutions.
    • Strategic thinker with strong technical fluency and a passion for intuitive user experiences.
    • Experience working with Agile development teams and modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Pendo).
      Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned

  • Desired Skills (but not required):  
    • Master’s degree in Business or technical background is a plus. 

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
