ROLE

As our People & Talent Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in attracting, engaging, and welcoming the talent that drives our agency forward, while also ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office environment.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and office coordination, acting as a key point of contact for both people-related and administrative matters. Your role will be essential in creating a welcoming, efficient, and well-organised workplace where creativity thrives.

We’re looking for someone to join us on a CIP contract for the remainder of 2026, with the possibility of extension. This is a full-time position based at our Brussels office.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

People & Talent

  • Manage job postings across platforms and support talent sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards).
  • Screen CVs and support the management of our ATS.
  • Coordinate interviews and collect feedback from hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new joiners.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Assist in organising People initiatives, engagement activities, and internal events.
  • Support ad-hoc HR and DEI projects.
  • Act as a friendly and approachable point of contact for employees on People-related topics.

Office & Operations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Coordinate and prepare client meetings (room setup, catering, logistics) to deliver a great in-office experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Manage office supplies, including inventory tracking and ordering.
  • Oversee the general company mailbox and ensure timely communication.
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth information flow and resolve administrative issues.
  • Support IT coordination, including basic IT inventory management.

 

PROFILE

  • Curious, organised, and people-oriented, with a strong service mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Comfortable with MS Office and quick to learn new tools (ATS, office systems).
  • Friendly and approachable, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and visitors.
  • Adaptable and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Previous experience (internship or early career) in HR, administration, office support, or event coordination is a plus.
