Data Analyst (d/f/m) at Solaris

Your Role 

• Main contact point and responsible for data integrations in the Finance-Risk Area, by also monitoring and reacting to it on a daily level
• Provide  custom  analyses, new metrics, reports and dashboards, and are a data quality gatekeeper
• Explore large datasets, develop gap analysis, provide explanation and support, identify opportunities and issues and present findings to stakeholders
• You are constantly improving the data quality in the Risk-Finance Area, by adding new tests and improving the code base
• Develop scalable and performant data models and associated data quality tests in dbt and airflow using the Snowflake datawarehouse  to support business decisions in Risk-Finance Area

Hard Skill :

• You have 5-6 years of relevant experience interpreting data in an banking analytics or business intelligence role
• You understand what kind of information is driving business - and know how to "tell a story" around it to gain stakeholder's attention
• You have excellent SQL skills
• You are experienced with data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau or PowerBI)
• You are familiar with finance and risk analytics
• You have experience with cloud data platforms
• You have understanding of analytics engineering
• You communicate well in written and verbal English
