(Senior) Product Manager BKYC (f/m/d)

Your Role

• Own and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Solaris’ Business Know Your Customer (BKYC) products, defining the value proposition together with other Product Managers within the Identity & AFC product group.

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring transparency for stakeholders and clear alignment with the development team to enable effective and timely delivery.

• Leverage a data-driven approach to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, working closely with operations teams to enhance efficiency.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Compliance, Technology, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless, scalable, and compliant integration of BKYC processes into business operations.

• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies, acting as an internal expert and driving innovation in BKYC solutions.

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Prior experience or knowledge in Business Know Your Customer (BKYC) processes or process automation is considered a strong plus.

• You have experience managing the full lifecycle of highly technical products, from feature development and launch through maintenance and eventual retirement.

• You are comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, balancing their requirements while making data-driven and KPI-based product decisions.

• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
