Regulatory Reporting Working Student

Your Role
- Support the preparation and quality assurance of regulatory reports (e.g. Statistical Reportings).
- Assist with data validation, reconciliations and quality checks.
- Help analyse reporting requirements from regulators (e.g. national supervisors).
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Prepare documentation for regulatory reporting processes and controls.
- Assist in ad hoc analyses and reporting projects.
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Treasury, Data and IT teams.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related field.
- First practical experience (e.g., through internships) in finance, banking, or data analytics is an advantage, but not strictly required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is an advantage
- Solid understanding of General Ledger / Accounting fundamentals
- High interest in banking regulations and financial reporting
- Familiarity with Jira / Confluence or willing to learn
- Comfortable working with AI tools, thinking critically about AI outputs, and contributing to a culture of responsible AI use. We expect you to demonstrate comfort with AI-assisted workflows and a willingness to continuously develop their AI capabilities as the technology evolves.
