What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Experience team at Sol de Janeiro. This role will support the full-cycle recruitment process and partner closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

What You’ll Be Working On
- Own and manage interview scheduling across time zones, ensuring a smooth experience for all stakeholders.
- Support the full-cycle recruiting process—from job postings to offer stage—across multiple functions.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, primarily at the entry to manager level.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Draft and post compelling job descriptions on internal and external platforms.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, delivering timely and professional communication.
- Track key recruiting metrics and generate regular reports for the Talent team.
- Maintain and update internal hiring trackers, process docs, and recruiting resources.
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives that reflect the Sol culture.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on elevating the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Partner on our Campus Program by coordinating intern hiring, student matching, and meaningful early-career experiences.
- Take on special projects as needed.
Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands.
• Proven success supporting multiple roles and hiring managers across corporate functions.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse a plus), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong skills in scheduling, sourcing, reporting, and interviewing.
• A clear understanding of best practices in candidate experience.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Salary Range
$70,000 - $80,000 USD
