What You’ll Do

  • We are looking for a MEAI (Middle East, Africa, India) Coordinator, Key Account Operations - MEAI to support the growing business and its operations requirement
  • The Coordinator, Key Account Operations - MEAI will be responsible for supporting day-to-day sales operations, and will report to the Regional Key Account Manager
  • This position is a permanent contract.
  • The position is based in Paris.

 

What You’ll Be Working On

  1. New Launches Set Up

    • Manage retailer deliverables to guarantee new product launches:
      • New product forms
      • Logistic data
      • Regulatory process
      • Pricing set up
      • Samples dispatch
      • Planogram updates

     

    Orders Management

    • Follow-up with retailers to secure PO reception as per monthly sales target, assortment and forecasted volumes for newness
    • Review order accuracy and implement corrective actions if necessary
    • Coordinate with internal (Sales and Warehouse Operations) and external (Retailers, Distributors) teams to secure timely shipments
    • Manage free of charge orders dispatch to retailers, agencies and vendors to support the business for registration, events, marketing, PR etc

     

    Commercial coordination

    • Maintain assortments and new launch calendars updated, and guarantee clear communication across internal (supply, sales operations, planning, regulatory, marketing) and external (warehouse, agencies, retailers) stakeholders.
    • Gather monthly retail sales and stock reports and ensure correct internal reporting
    • Run reports and analysis to provide insights and recommendations to the KAM
    • Coordinate invoices and credit notes for monthly spends (testers, damaged items, etc.)
    • Report on quality issues with internal stakeholders and retailers

 

Must Haves

  • Business School or University Master Graduate, with a major in Business, Management
  • Experience in Sales Administration in retail/cosmetics/luxury goods.
  • Knowledge and affinity with retail, trade marketing and international business. Interest in the beauty industry is preferred.
  • Rigor, attention to details, follow through, adaptability, “can do” attitude, ability to multitask and interact with cross-functional teams and with retailers are essentials for the job.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Capacity to work in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory. French is highly valued to facilitate team bonding.
