Key Responsibilities

Lead & Develop Teams: Hire, coach, and support practice managers and staff while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Oversee Operations: Manage daily operations across multiple practices, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistency.

Drive Clinical Excellence: Partner with clinical leaders on provider recruitment, onboarding, and retention.

Monitor Performance: Track and analyze KPIs to improve operational, financial, and clinical outcomes.

Enable Growth: Support new practice launches and implement strategies to expand our market presence.

Optimize Processes: Streamline workflows and communication to enhance patient care and team performance.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

5+ years of healthcare operations experience required, ideally in a multi-site or outpatient setting.
- Use of EMR systems - very strongly preferred experience with Athena.

Proven success leading teams, managing performance, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working closely with clinical teams; mental health experience preferred.

Strong communicator, data-driven, and adaptable with a passion for improving healthcare delivery.
Compensation: total compensation including bonus potential approximately $125,000 - $135,000
This position has the flexibility to work from any of our locations in the DC metro market. There could be some light travel in the DMV market occasionally.
