Key Responsibilities
Build and develop high-performing teams by hiring, training, coaching, and empowering Practice Team Members.
Oversee daily practice operations to ensure business, clinical, and patient experience goals are consistently met.
Partner closely with the Market Medical Director and Therapy Supervisors to recruit, onboard, and support clinicians who embody our Mission and Values.
Collaborate with Business Development to execute growth strategies that expand referral sources, increase new patient intakes, and strengthen market presence.
Lead workforce planning, recruiting, and retention initiatives to ensure optimal staffing and performance across all supported practices.
Drive operational, financial, team, and clinical outcomes using KPIs to guide decision-making and improvement.
Refine and streamline processes, workflows, and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall practice performance.
Provide consistent on-site leadership while holding local teams accountable to established KPIs and performance standards.
Cultivate a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture that aligns with SOL’s values and proactively addresses market challenges.
Develop and mentor talent to support ongoing growth and retain high-performing team members.
Coordinate provider scheduling and coverage models to reduce care disruptions, maximize utilization, and improve patient access.
Maintain a strong social operating system that ensures timely, transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Model excellent teamwork by collaborating effectively and contributing positively to the team and company culture.
Ensure full regulatory compliance across all offices, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Oversee operations for 8–15 offices, providing strategic direction and hands-on support.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in healthcare operations management, ideally in a multi-site environment.
- Demonstrated success opening new offices and driving sustainable growth.
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing, developing, and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working in an evolving, fast-moving environment and navigating ambiguity.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable plans.
- A track record of effective delegation that increases team impact and drives results.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and energized by fast-paced, mission-driven work.
Compensation: base compensation between $140,000 and 150,000 with additional bonus opportunity of up to 20% paid annually
This position is located in our NYC market and will only entertain candidates in this market.
