  • Define success metrics and KPIs for CAPE programs, producing data-driven insights that inform leadership decisions and drive accountability.
  • Establish operating frameworks that simplify decision-making and improve organizational agility across multiple stakeholders.

Organizational Design & Enablement

  • Serve as a thought partner to CAPE leadership, helping design and refine organizational structures, roles, and processes that enable sustainable growth.
  • Curate leadership offsites, reviews, and cross-functional planning forums that sharpen objectives and unify execution.
  • Champion modern engineering and program management practices (Agile, SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management) that enhance collaboration, delivery predictability, and organizational health.

Executive Communication & Storytelling

  • Craft clear, compelling communications (strategy narratives, board/executive briefings, external partner messaging) that connect CAPE’s technical vision to business outcomes.
  • Elevate CAPE’s voice across Sony and the industry by supporting leadership with thought leadership, positioning, and strategic storytelling.
  • Ensure visibility and alignment by producing high-quality reports, presentations, and narratives for executives across Sony’s operating companies.

Leadership & Communication

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills; adept at tailoring messages for executive and technical audiences alike.
  • Experience guiding executive stakeholders through organizational change, re-org planning, and enterprise-scale transformation.
