  • Tooling Ownership – Own and manage relevant M&E tooling to provide visibility and monitoring of the white space environment.

  • Technical Audit & Compliance – Establish and run a program of technical audits to verify compliance with SIE standards and provider obligations, ensuring risks are identified and remediated.

  • Internal Consultancy – Advise product and engineering teams on power, cooling, and logistical requirements during planning, design, and deployments.

  • Vendor & Partner Interface – Collaborate with data center providers and external vendors to ensure SIE requirements are fully understood and incorporated into delivery.

  • Vendor Management Partnership – Participate in vendor service reviews and technical governance forums, providing input on performance, compliance, and alignment with SIE’s standards.

  • Due Diligence Support – Contribute technical expertise to site selection and due diligence processes.

  • Incident Support – Act as a second- or third-line escalation point for Operations during major incidents, providing subject matter input to resolution.

  • Knowledge & Documentation – Capture lessons learned from fit-outs, audits, incidents, and due diligence activities, ensuring knowledge is standardized and shared.

  • Sustainability & Efficiency – Ensure designs and standards incorporate energy efficiency and sustainability considerations.

  • Cross-functional Alignment – Partner closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure technical decisions support long-term strategy.
