Role Overview

As the Regional Logistics Operations Manager, you will be joining PlayStations Global Supply Chain Organization within the Global Logistics Operations group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a comprehensive understanding of PlayStation’s Logistics & Supply Chain operations in the EMEA.

This highly operational role requires the ability to interact with key Logistics Partners and services to deliver support that improves the fulfillment capabilities of the supply chain in alignment with the production & sales plans.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will lead and support complex regional logistics operations across EMEA, enabling the seamless inbound flow of goods to production and distribution facilities and the outbound delivery to both B2B and B2C customers. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure transportation plans are robust, responsive, and consistently delivered.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the regional point of contact for Logistics Operations, partnering with B2C and B2B teams and external service providers across EMEA
  • Lead day-to-day operational oversight of inbound and outbound transportation across road, sea, air, and multi-modal networks, supporting global movements
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Warehousing, Planning, and Security to develop, optimise, and deliver effective transportation plans
  • Manage operational relationships with Logistics Service Providers and Managed Service Providers, ensuring service performance, capacity alignment, and support for NPI and high-risk activities
  • Own exception management and Track & Trace activities, driving rapid issue resolution and clear communication to collaborators
  • Proactively plan carrier capacity and volumes, monitoring execution and adapting quickly to changes in demand or operational risk
  • Use global logistics systems to monitor SLAs, ensure process compliance, and maintain visibility across the regional logistics network

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, 3PL management, or Fulfilment Operations
  • General knowledge of all forms of transportation, with a main focus on Sea, Road, and Air both inbound and outbound from APAC, EMEA, and the Americas
  • Experience working with transportation providers and 3PL/4PL logistics models on behalf of an EMEA-wide business
  • General knowledge of Logistics Operations best-practices within consumer-packaged good industry or video game industry is a plus
  • Working experience using an ERP system (SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, SAP Business Objects, SAP IBP)
  • Working experience using and interacting with a TMS
  • BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience of Lean a plus.
