Product Manager, PlayStation App
Hybrid (San Mateo, Aliso Viejo, San Diego, or Los Angeles preferred, remote considered)
We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape how millions of players connect, share, and play together through the PlayStation App.
In this role, you will own key player-facing experiences within a global-scale consumer mobile app used by tens of millions of players and partner closely with engineering, design, and data to deliver meaningful outcomes for players.
You’ll collaborate with designers and engineers to define and launch features that make it easier for players to discover, connect, and play - on the go. This role offers the opportunity to own meaningful product surface area within a globally scaled app used by millions of players. This role can be based in our San Mateo, San Diego, Aliso Viejo, or Los Angeles offices or remotely, depending on location.

Responsibilities
- Own defined areas of the PlayStation App roadmap from discovery through launch and iteration
- Drive product decisions with measurable impact on engagement, retention, or player satisfaction
- Translate player insights and data into clear product strategy and requirements
- Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, design, and data teams
- Define success metrics and evaluate feature performance post-launch
- Design and support experimentation to validate product hypotheses and improve engagement
- Communicate progress, risks, and learnings clearly to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience shipping consumer-facing digital products, preferably mobile
- Experience owning product initiatives from ideation through launch
- Experience working on products with meaningful scale (e.g., 1M+ MAU)
- Demonstrated ability to use data to inform prioritization and decision-making
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bonus points
- Experience with mobile platforms (iOS / Android)
- Experience working on high-scale consumer products
- Experience running or supporting product experiments

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

This is a flexible role that can be remote, with varying pay ranges based on geographic location. For example, if you are based out of Seattle, the estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$131,000 - $196,000 USD
