Digital Asset Management Coordinator (contract)

Remote, USA 

This is a contract through our staffing partner, expected to last up to 12 months. 

Key Functions and Responsibilities of the Role:

This role supports the day-to-day operations of the Global Creative Services Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, Frontify. The position focuses on asset ingest, metadata tagging, and maintaining content organization standards. The DAM Coordinator works closely with the Creative Operations and DAM team to ensure assets are accurate, searchable, and aligned with governance policies.

Job Summary:

The DAM Coordinator is responsible for executing core DAM workflows, including uploading assets, applying metadata, and supporting system organization. This role provides operational and administrative support to maintain system health and usability. It is ideal for someone early in their DAM or digital operations career who is detail-oriented and comfortable working within structured processes.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

Content Ingest & Metadata

  • Upload and ingest digital assets following established workflows
  • Apply metadata, tags, and naming conventions accurately
  • Perform quality control checks on assets
  • Support bulk uploads and metadata updates
  • Assist with content audits

DAM Operations Support

  •  Assist with daily DAM operations and system upkeep
  • Support user requests and basic troubleshooting
  • Help monitor incoming support requests
  •  Maintain organized folder structures

Governance & Standards Support

  • Follow metadata and taxonomy standards
  • Ensure adherence to file naming conventions
  • Flag inconsistencies in metadata
  • Assist with maintaining documentation

Administrative Support

  • Support documentation updates and tracking logs
  •  Assist with onboarding support tasks
  • Maintain knowledge base content

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital asset management, content operations, or a related role. Experience with DAM systems or content management platforms preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Motivated and self-driven

Bonus: 

  • Experience in creative or marketing environments
  • Basic understanding of DAM governance and taxonomy
  • Experience with spreadsheets for tracking and uploads
  • PlayStation fan 

At SIE, working with our partners, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. 

Please note that the individual base pay range may vary based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below, this is an hourly rate.

$42 - $65 USD
