The Licensing and Retail Coordinator will support the commercial team by assisting with the day-to-day operations for our licensing + retail partners, conducting research to create pitch materials, and monthly reports.
What you'll do:
- Role model SMG’s Global People Promise, Values and Behaviors in all that you do, helping to drive a sustainable high-performance culture within our business
- Supports the business development function of CoR Artists Licensed Merchandise + Retail program with administrative and sales support.
- Product Development. Collect, track, and project manage all licensee product submissions to ensure all deadlines are met for CoR and the Licensee.
- Research. Monitor CoR artist activity to create sales pitches for partners. Monitor market trends in pop culture to identify potential licensees.
- Visual Communications. Assist in creating monthly presentations to showcase the department wins each month: retail placements and licensing launches.
- Partner management. Assist in the day-to-day communications with licensees on our licensing platform Flowhaven. Manage key aspects of contract terms for licensing, track key dates, ensure accurate royalty reporting, and oversee marketing budget calendars.
Who you are:
- Familiarity with product development, contract management and royalty reporting processes. Flowhaven experience a plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail. Asana experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
