As a Coordinator, Release Planning and Commercial Partnerships at Masterworks you will report to the Vice President of Commercial Partnerships and support the Release Planning and Commercial Partnerships teams in New York.
What you'll do:
- Provide support for release planning on digital releases
- Assist in label copy set up and catalog metadata management
- Liaise between Release Planning team and DSP’S and Sony’s Digital Ops
- Assist with the process of pitching Digital Accounts (grids, newsletters, pitch forms etc…)
- Recap placement and playlist additions each week
- Help set up new releases for Physical Accounts and monitor stock levels
- Support the production of insights and analyses
- Become a go-to resource for managing daily tasks at digital accounts
Who you are:
- Prior experience with / Interest in sales and streaming and/or metadata and the digital supply chain
- Proficiency in computer software applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable with learning new systems
- Highly motivated and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with an ability to set and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented, organized, timely and accurate
- Passionate about the music industry and proficient in current trends within the music industry and the Digital Accounts landscape
- Knowledge of Classical, Soundtracks, Broadway or Jazz is a plus

New York Pay Range
$45,000 - $50,000 USD
