As a Director of Artist Brand Accounts, you’ll lead a selection of COR’s highest-profile and most commercially impactful clients across touring, ecommerce, retail, pop-ups, and licensing. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll drive revenue, deepen artist relationships, and help refine internal processes alongside the VP of Accounts. You’ll also be a key collaborator and resource for accounts team members, helping support a high-performing and solutions-oriented team culture.
What you'll do:

- Lead, mentor, and support account managers and coordinators, providing coaching and accountability across client service, profitability, and workflow. You will directly manage one Account Manager to start, with the expectation to grow and oversee additional team members over time.
- Partner closely with the VP of Accounts to design and implement systems, tools, and internal processes that enhance efficiency, communication, and scalability across the department.
- Develop and present 12-month strategic roadmaps for key clients, aligning product calendars, tour cycles, and ecommerce initiatives with brand and business objectives. Provide hands-on support and regular check-ins with your three direct reports to guide their strategic planning and ensure accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, production, retail, and logistics teams to ensure high-quality execution of artist-branded merchandise across ecommerce, tour, pop-up, and retail channels.
- Maintain clear, proactive, and timely communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment, momentum, and accountability across all projects.
Who you are:
- 6–8+ years of experience in merchandising, brand management, or artist services, with at least 1–3 years managing direct reports.
- Proven ability to grow and manage multi-million-dollar client relationships, with a strong record of exceeding revenue and margin targets.
- Strategic leader with experience designing and executing scalable systems, operational processes, and cross-team workflows.
- Excellent communicator who can present roadmaps, manage up and down, and deliver clear insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experienced in apparel production, including costing, timelines, factory communication, and product quality troubleshooting.
- Deep familiarity with D2C commerce (including Shopify), tour merchandise + road logistics, retail channels, and full P&L ownership.
- Able to operate with discretion, urgency, and a solution-oriented mindset in high-pressure, artist-first environments.
- Dynamic problem solver with an expert-level understanding of relevant business practices and track-record of efficiently resolving client issues
