Artist Marketing, Senior Manager
As the Senior Manager, Artist Marketing you will drive the Digital Marketing Managers to be innovative in the area of social media, digital ecosystem, conventional media, and on-ground for releases under Sony Music Entertainment Indonesia (SMEI), sub-labels, and JVs.
You will need to interact with artists, agencies, and other related parties on a day-to-day basis.
What You'll Do:
• Oversee Digital Marketing Managers on a daily basis to ensure effective digital marketing campaigns.
• Identify marketing & promotion budget for all types of releases: single, EP, album, and special projects.
• Develop marketing & promotion plans and campaigns for domestic artists under Sony Music Entertainment Indonesia (SMEI), sub-labels, and JVs.
• Maintain relationship with agencies, JVs and artist managers.
• Work closely with Brand Marketing Managers to enhance the network of potential brands who could partner with the artists.
Who you are:
• Proficient and knowledgeable in digital marketing, social media, media promotion, and other relevant marketing skills.
• Digitally and social media savvy, with a strong understanding of the latest local media landscape, popular culture, and viral trends.
• Excellent communication skills to work smoothly and efficiently with multiple stakeholders, teams, and partners.
• Able to work under tight deadlines by effectively managing time, resources, and stress levels.
• Familiar with digital ecosystem exploitations DPSs and artist profiles' analytics.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft – PowerPoint and able to make appealing presentations.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa, both written and verbal.
