👀 What we’re looking for
Must-have:

🚀 React (5+ years): component architecture, advanced hooks usage, render props, HOCs, memoization, composition patterns.
🚀 JavaScript (5+ years): deep understanding of the language, closures, scope, async programming, design patterns.
🚀 TypeScript (3+ years): generics, conditional types, utility types.
🚀 Tailwind CSS (2+ years): responsive design, theme customization, advanced utility classes.
🚀 Software Architecture (3+ years): modular design, separation of concerns, DRY, SOLID principles.
🚀 Software Quality Attributes: maintainability, scalability, performance, security, and testability.
🚀 Testing (2+ years): unit and integration tests, accessibility testing (React Testing Library, Vitest).
🚀 Git (5+ years): collaborative workflows, squash commits, interactive rebase, cherry-pick, submodules.
🚀 Code Quality: clean, testable, maintainable code; use of ESLint, Prettier, husky.
🚀 REST APIs (4+ years): robust integration, error handling, state management, caching, retry policies.

Nice to have:

🚀 Redux Toolkit.
🚀 Basic knowledge of UX/UI.
🚀 Component documentation with Storybook.
🚀 Experience with monorepos and micro frontends (Nx, Turborepo).
