We're looking for a Project Manager to join Source Meridian and you could be the perfect fit!

👀 What we’re looking for

Must-have:

🚀 At least 4 years of experience as a PM / Scrum / Facilitator in the IT industry
🚀 Proven ability to lead and manage Agile teams
🚀 Technical Domain Knowledge: Understanding specific industry or technical aspects relevant to the project.
🚀 Contract Management: Ability to manage vendor contracts and procurement processes.
🚀 Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing project data for informed decision-making.
🚀 Change Management: Ability to guide teams through project changes and transitions.
🚀 Crisis Management: Skills to handle unexpected crises or project setbacks effectively

🚀 English level: B2+ 

 Nice to have:

🚀 - Scrum certification
🚀 - Experience in a similar role
🚀 - Strong client-facing skills: gathering requirements, managing expectations
🚀 - Experience managing development teams (5–15 team members) and collaborating with 4–5 stakeholders
🚀 - Proficient in the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
