About the Role

As a Group Product Manager, you’ll act as the entrepreneur of a product line—owning its vision, execution, and customer outcomes end to end. You’ll immerse yourself in customer problems, define bold solutions, and partner closely with engineering and commercial leadership to deliver products that are valuable, usable, and differentiated.

This role calls for someone who is customer-obsessed, commercially aware, and relentless about execution. You’ll operate at a group level of scope and influence—aligning stakeholders, ensuring engineering is resourced and committed, risks are surfaced early, and outcomes are delivered without surprises. You create clarity in ambiguity, build alignment across teams, and inspire people to rally behind a vision that moves the business forward.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the end-to-end success of a product—vision, roadmap, execution, and customer outcomes
  • Lead customer discovery to uncover unmet needs and translate them into high-value product opportunities
  • Partner with commercial leadership to ensure products are positioned for adoption and growth
  • Ensure engineering is resourced, aligned, and accountable, with clear status updates and early risk escalation
  • Drive disciplined execution with predictable delivery and transparent communication
  • Balance near-term improvements with long-term bets that expand product and market opportunity
  • Define and track success metrics around adoption, usage, NPS, and product impact
  • Influence across functions to raise the bar for customer focus, product craft, and execution excellence

A successful candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with success operating at a large product or multi-product level
  • Proven ability to own a product line end-to-end, from discovery through measurable customer outcomes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of spotting opportunities and turning them into results
  • Experience scaling SaaS or ad tech products in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments
  • Domain expertise in ad tech, commerce, or data products, with strong judgment on build vs buy vs partner decisions
  • Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence executives and align diverse stakeholders
  • Analytical and commercially aware with the ability to connect customer insight to business growth
  • History of effective product–commercial partnerships that drove adoption and growth
  • Strong ability to secure engineering commitment and drive execution discipline without direct authority

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
