Capability Managing Director, ERP

The Capability Managing Director will grow the firm's business through the identification and expansion of key client accounts in the context of our overall ERP strategy. Leveraging their deep understanding of ERP systems and industry-specific solutions, the Capability MD will help Spaulding Ridge build a sustainable and scalable business by originating new ERP-focused opportunities, developing deep client relationships and selling all of Spaulding Ridge’s capabilities for maximum client impact.

Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Develop and execute a strategy for bringing Spaulding Ridge’s ERP offerings to existing accounts and new accounts.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline to support your origination and book of business targets
  • Leveraging your ERP expertise, identify new expansion opportunities within accounts that make up your book of business
  • Provide domain expertise to support sales opportunities for new logos
  • Lead sales cycles and partner with other team members to support sales cycles effectively
  • Drive and expand executive relationships within clients
  • Leverage channel / alliances and market relationships to expand accounts

Delivery

  • Engage with delivery teams to scope and develop compelling solutions for services engagements and to ensure high quality delivery of work within your book of business
  • Ensure client satisfaction and delivery that meets margin expectations
  • Work with engagement leads to drive successful results and roadmaps to extend our work and create more client value
  • Educate and enable engagement leads within your accounts on the firm's offerings specific to ERP
  • Identify opportunities for expansion across existing relationships with measurable results

People

  • Develop strong relationships at all levels of the firm to contribute to SR growth and success
  • Mentor and coach team members to support the success of their careers, clients and Spaulding Ridge
  • Model effective leadership, sales strategies, and customer relationship management for others in the firm

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in developing executive relationships, managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, and consistently growing revenue within existing client engagements in a consulting environment
  • Deep functional and/or technical understanding of ERP specific solutions
  • Demonstrated experience leading a diverse team of consultants, sales executives, and solution architects
  • Experience leading sales motions through client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and deliverable review/approval sessions
  • Proven business development skills with ability to attain sales bookings targets via the channel and/or direct to prospect origination
  • Proven business operations skills (e.g., developing a forecast and/or business plan, statement of work development, and managing towards margin and utilization goals)
  • Strong written and verbal communication coupled with expert presentation skills
  • Ability to leverage industry knowledge to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
