What You Will Do

We are looking for an OneStream Engagement Lead to join our OneStream Delivery Team! 

The OneStream Engagement Lead will oversee relationships with our enterprise level clients focusing on financial planning and analysis and financial close processes and solutions. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic clients demonstrated by your ability to understand our clients’ needs and requirements, aligning them with our best in cloud solutions to achieve their goals. The engagement lead is expected to drive strong delivery of existing work which will help lead to adjacent opportunities in different functions, business units, and/or regions within an enterprise ecosystem. 

Ideal candidates will be able to: 

  • Develop trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients
  • Acquire a deep understanding of key customer needs across financial planning and analysis and financial close, including forecasting, budgeting, planning cycles, variance analysis, and performance management
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that support both operational and strategic financial objectives
  • Understand customer business processes (close, consolidation, planning, modeling) and advise on best practices where applicable
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhancement across end‑to‑end finance, including planning models, scenario modeling, driver‑based plans, rolling forecasts, and reporting
  • Lead multi‑disciplinary internal teams, balancing resources to maximize customer impact and support team member development
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered on time and with high quality
  • Serve as the communication link between customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues or challenges faced by customers and navigate escalations with professionalism
  • Play an integral role in generating new sales that evolve into long‑term, strategic relationships
  • Prepare regular reports on progress, health, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as an engagement lead, project manager, or account owner in technology or management consulting
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes, such as budgeting, forecasting, planning models, driver‑based planning, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and performance reporting
  • Strong knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes, including account reconciliations, journal entries, eliminations, complex currency calculations, cash flow, and financial reporting
  • Experience designing or delivering integrated financial planning and analysis and financial close solutions based on client needs
  • Experience with OneStream or similar cloud-based EPM technology a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills

Spaulding Ridge is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the United States across locations is reflected below. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on a range of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Please note that the range provided is subject to change at any time in accordance with internal policies and applicable law.

Salary Range

$110,000 - $178,000 USD
